Although technology has drastically changed the job seeking landscape, most job seekers still implement techniques that worked at one time but do not work in 2025.
Our program, 'Make Me The Chosen Candidate', is tailored to help you stand out from the pack of look alike resumes and land the job. This is accomplished through forward looking superstars, social media, and proactive outreach to hiring managers.

About ASHE
🤢 How often are you landing first interviews in your job search?
👽 Are you applying for jobs online with years of experience and getting ghosted?
🧠 Do you have extensive knowledge in a specific area and are unsure how to express it?
Having been in sales for 29 years and conducting several job searches, the traditional methods of applying for a job are no longer valid in 2025, especially when it comes to getting first interviews. Companies are receiving thousands of resumes for some jobs with several look-alike resumes.
However, there is an alternative where applying online is discouraged, which results in more first interviews. This approach can yield as many as 50 interviews in six months if applied correctly.
I have worked with several long-term job seekers and I have seen the same patterns.
🤑 Lacking knowledge of the unique insights you can provide around industry challenges. – what unique insights do you possess based on the company stage?
🌉 Not connecting with decision makers – are you able to bypass gatekeepers such as HR and get to the true decision makers?
🥇 Unable to provide thought leadership – are you able to clearly define industry trends before the interview even occurs?
📅 Applying dated techniques – are you using a dated playbook that is from the 1990’s that emphasizes pitching over sharing industry insights?
I designed the "Make Me the Chosen Candidate" program to help you land on your feet like my cat Ashe. Although I have a great relationship and respect for career coaches, I have never met any career coaches who understand how to run a job search campaign like it is run in the sales, marketing, and political industries. This is the approach that is required in 2025.
This program will force you to rethink your current approach and require openness to a new approach that you will likely be unfamiliar. There comes a point where you have to rethink your approach to looking for a job if you have been doing the same thing with no results.
I fully understand this since I was unemployed for eight months and I was forced to rethink by approach when I was rejected by 46 companies. Being open to adding new ideas enabled me to then get four job offers in six weeks.
I am your biggest supporter and please feel free to contact me to learn more about this program

Turning Stars Into Superstars🌟
Everybody knows the STAR approach to interviewing. This is when the interviewer asks you a question like
Tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry customer and how you dealt with the situation.
STAR questions are designed to look at past behavior to predict future performance.
Superstars are based on STAR questions, but they have two distinct differences that will make you the chosen candidate
They are designed to be shared with hiring managers in advance of the interview, making you stand out
They provide insights to the employer on how you will address current and future challenges based on your areas of expertise

How to use the media strategies to increase brand awareness and raise money
Many astute executives are using media strategies strategically and authentically to increase brand awareness and raise money by positioning themselves and their organization as thought leaders, building trust, and creating visibility among key audiences.
This talk will help executives who are looking to become the spokesperson of their company much like Dave Thomas did with Wendy's. Many executives are turning to social media and other traditional media sources to increase sales, raise money, and engage in investor relations.
This talk is led by Julie Swieca Gannon who was named one of the ten most influential women in Chicago sports when she was an on air sports personality.
